Anti-Insects Nets

Q.G. distributes Ginegar (formerly Polysack) meshes for shadow houses, greenhouses and tunnels.

Types of anti-insect nets:
17-Mesh
For protection against Mediterranean flies (fruit flies and fig flies) in orchards and vineyards. This mesh is also used against climatic elements such as hail, wind and excess solar radiation.
25-Mesh
For protection against the Mediterranean fruit fly on peppers.
40-Mesh
For partial blocking of whitefly where climatic conditions do not allow the use of the \ mesh 50 mesh.
50-Mesh
For blocking whiteflies, aphids and miners. Also available in gray. OptiNet® mesh Anti-Thrips 40 and 50 mesh
Dual thrips control
A patent protected, new generation insect mesh that integrates physical and optical protection. This innovative mesh dramatically reduces the number of pests and insects that enter the growing environment, especially thrips, whiteflies and leaf miners. The mesh contains optical additives (non-toxic) that blind and repel insects before they complete their life cycle.

Shading Nets

Q.G. offers the new generation of Ginegar colored meshes that manage the light spectrum.

These shading nets allow farmers to control light scattering, control and advance flowering and fruit ripening times, accelerate growth rates and influence the growing properties of plants such as the size and color of the leaves and the fruits, length of the stems, number of nodules, weight and size of the plant. This allows farmers adapt to market preferences, with significant economic advantages.
ChromatiNet® - Light spectrum management
Plants depend on light as their last source of energy. Photosynthesis converts the light energy into the chemical energy necessary for the growth and development of plants. The Plants are extremely sensitive to the quantity and quality of light. By integrating special additives that break down direct light, ChromatiNet® increases the proportion of diffuse light reaching crops. This diffuse sunlight covers a large volume of foliage and stimulates the activity of plants.
ChromatiNet® - Protection against hail
  • Adaptation of crops to market requirements, resulting in higher profits
  • Significant improvement in fruit quality and higher yields
  • Physical protection against wind, hail, birds and bats
  • Microclimate control
  • Protection against sunburn and abrasion

Thermal Screens

Q.G. offers the new generation of Aluminet® thermal nets that allows farmers control growing conditions in greenhouses and nurseries to create the optimal environment for a quality cultivation.
These meshes are lightweight, elastic, easy to install and offer protection from UV rays such as:
Climate control
It allows the reduction of temperatures during the day and control of the microclimate in greenhouses and nurseries, uniform shading and light diffusion, air flow control, protection against cold, protection against pests.
Protection from direct sunlight
Prevents damage caused by direct sunlight on plants and fruits, and prevents the overheating in greenhouses. Meshes differ in the light that passes through them and increase the assimilation range of plants.
Benefits:
  • Creation of favorable conditions for the development of the plant compared to open field cultivation
  • Significant increase in yields compared to open areas
  • Significant reduction in the use of pesticides
  • Protection against weather conditions
  • Shading control necessary for plant development, fruit maturity range and fruit quality
  • Savings of 25-40% in irrigation water
